  • How long is your machine guaranteed?

    Our products enjoy a 1-5 year warranty, and different product types correspond to different times. Products need to be used in accordance with the instructions for use, non-human damage parts can be replaced. We provide product installation instructions.

  • Will you test all the products before delivery?

    Yes, we will carry out 100% of all inspection tests before shipment, so that customers are satisfied with the goods received.

  • Do you have a certificate for your product?

    Different products have different situations. For example, new energy-related equipment includes CE, UL, RoHS, CCC, ISO9001, etc. If you have any needs, we can communicate and solve them. However, there are only some qualification certificates for unmanned aerial vehicles and anti-control equipment of unmanned aerial vehicles.

  • What are your packing terms

    Under normal circumstances, the standard export wooden box is used for LCL goods, and the standard fixing method is used for the whole box goods; different product types have different packaging requirements.
